WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES THINK
“DESA Glass is a great company to work for - it's like a big family. The best part of my job is the opportunity to learn and grow."
"I like knowing that every challenging bid we win on paper turns into a reality and after the rest of the DESA team works their magic, we can go and appreciate our team work. We truly are shaping our skylines"
"I love driving around and being able to point out all the buildings I was a part of. They are more than buildings to me - they are hard work, sweat and they hold many memories. Now others get to make memories in that building."
"DESA is so diverse and that's what makes us strong. Everyone gets along very well and we all have equal opportunity to succeed."
"I started here with no experience in glazing. With the help of DESA and my great team, I am now pursuing my Journey Person Certificate. I can't wait to see what's next."
